Had a solid experience here! The service was excellent & our food came out incredibly fast. We each had a chicken shish taouk, which was great, & they were very generous with the sauces. We also tried the seasoned potatoes; they were flavorful, though a bit on the greasy side for my liking.
?The atmosphere is fine, though the layout is a little confusing for dining in-it took us a minute to figure out where the trash cans were to clear our trays. Aside from that, it was a nice visit & I'd definitely recommend it for a quick, friendly bite!

Je vais souvent dans ce restaurant qui vend des shish taouk & je suis toujours très bien accueillie. Le service est excellent & la nourriture est très délicieuse, surtout le nouveau shish taouk avec frites. Je recommande vivement

Service de soir reçu non chalant. Sans sourire & peu d'écoute, ne demande pas si c'est pour manger sur place donc il prépare automatiquement le plat pour emporter, lorsque je lui mentionne que c'est sur place il a dû gaspiller un contenant pour transférer dabs une assiette. Ensuite il ne demande pas si je veux le pain pita avec mon assiette shishtaouk alors que c'est inclu j'ai dû lui demander.. Ensuite j'arrive pour payer par carte crédit & on me dit que pour ça il fallait commander sur la machine automatique à côté. C'est n'importe quoi. Mais le plus grave dans tout ça c'est que le commis aiguise son couteau & tranche la viande sans le rincer avant..ce qui peut être très dangereux car peut laisser des particules de métal coupantes dans la viande.

Kassem est le meilleur! Il est là l'après-midi en semaine. L'âme de Bsha , c'est lui. Un vrai qui qui fait les choses avec passion. Mon sandwich shish taouk est toujours bien fait, bien roulé, bien dosé. Des employés comme Kassem faut les garder! Une augmentation de salaire serait un bon pas dans cette direction.
