"1) we asked for a banquette on the reservation made a month ago but didn't get it because their was s group. So we asked to switch tables to not be next to the door ( we arrived 30 min earlier so nobody was there yet) they refused 2) I asked for my steak well cooked and apparently the chef only does it one way and its medium or med rare 3) my friend..."
