What is Barils & Ardoises? It is a restaurant with bistronomic cuisine using fresh and local products. 20 barrel beer lines from Quebec, a fine wine list exclusively from private import products and a sublime list of cocktails and mocktails.

Excellent repas. Bavette & pieuvre grillée. La pieuvre était exceptionnelle, jamais mangé de la pieuvre aussi tendre & délicate. Super, le serveur nous a résumé la méthode de cuisson qui la rend ainsi. Excellent service rapide & attentionné.

Service #1 notre serveuse était très sympathique & conseillait bien.
Service rapide.
Petite note - la musique est un peu trop forte. Assurez vous d'être loin d'un speaker pour souper.
