She only took my order at the cashier, & I sat down then heard a voice calling me that for is ready for me to pick it up, I did so, then had to go get my cutterly cause there was none given but provided in a corner. I should not have paid tips for serving my self.

We recommend this small family restaurant. We went & were received like part of the family. We ate the Barcelos Mix & the Barcelos Poutine, it was delicious & fresh 😋
I enjoyed my late lunch, I was reading the comments & I'm surprised because my food was fresh & tasty. Thank god I didn't listen to what I read or I would have missed out on a good experience. I will be coming back !
À éviter absolument. Un endroit très désagréable, du service à la nourriture. On m'a servi un poulet complètement déshydraté, qui avait un goût de rassis. Les pommes de terre étaient immangeables & déjà noircies à coeur, car trop mûres. Je n'y remettrai jamais les pieds.
Service déplorable, le poulet était incroyablement sec, & ils n'avaient même pas de poulet frais. Je n'y remettrai jamais les pieds, 74 $ gaspillés. & la personne qui m'a servi était extrêmement désagréable.
Vraiment décevant, mon conjoint & moi avons fait 30 min de route pour arriver au restaurant & ce faire dire que c'est fermer... nous sommes arriver à 19h30 & c'était censé fermer à 20h tout ça parce que madame a trouver sa soirée trop'tranquille'

To do a 25 minutes ride, come throught at 7:34, get out my car & they close the open sign in my face. 7:34. It closes at 8. Right in my face unbelivable. No, we decided to close because there was no client, right after I walk in the door after a 25 minutes ride. Unproffesionnal, will never come back here again.
Alors qu'on était entrain de manger sur place avec ma famille, pour la fête de mon fils, la fille à la caisse « gérante » engeulait les cuisiniers, très fort, de façon insistante, pendant TOUT notre souper. Franchement désagréable !!!
C'est devenue une tradition chez nous à chaque été, on vient manger le poulet chez Barcelos. Toujours aussi bon le poulet grillé à point, la salade avec sa sauce spéciale un vrai délice & son riz nous à conquis. Jamais déçu.
On a pris la poutine pour 20 personnes! Elle était incroyablement délicieuse! On a tous adoré! À refaire, mais avec plus de monde! Seulement 9 personnes, c'est pas assez! Ça fait des lunchs!
The food is great however, the salade we got the last few times had pieces that were bad, red & slimy as if the lettuce was rotten or gone bad. We had to filter out the pieces that were bad from the salade. Was a big chunk of it. Tomatoes too were very mushy & not fresh. The chicken, potatoes & rice were amazing as always.
