I was VERY disappointed by the service we received by the said to be owner. We ordered medium-well steaks that were very well done. They offered to redo steaks or offer us dessert…yes of course I'll accept a 10-15$ dessert when you screwed up my 40$ steak. On top of it when I told the server what a medium well steak was he was clueless & just answered well next time order medium. Ok so every time I go to a restaurant they don't know how to cook steak I need to remember what I need to ask for them to get my food right?

The'owner' refused to give us a discount on the steak when 1) we no longer wanted to wait for a steak that would most probably not be cooked right because the cook clearly doesn't know how to properly cook them 2) my grandmother is diabetic & needed to go take her insulin which he could care less about (because offering cake was definitely going to help). Then he accused us of just trying to get an extra discount & that kids already eat free on that day… how is my kids meal have anything to do with this??

Anyways I used to be a regular before I moved out of town & see that clearly the place has gone to hell, but now I understand why the parking was empty & after working in hospitality for 18 years I must say customer service is inexistant here. would definately not recommend & will definately not return.

1. I ordered a medium rare steak but I got a medium & it came out dry

2. My partner ordered a double burger supreme, but was disappointed because the patty came out super dry

3. Our server was nice but it took them a long time to clear our tables & hand our bills

Overall wasn't satisfied & isn't worth the price you're paying fo

Wow a pretty disappointed meal I had.

Let's start with the positive. The wait time to get are table was 10 minutes. Pretty good since it was during the Christmas shopping rush.
Are waiter was very friendly to us. & the wait time between orders was very reasonable, we didn't had to wait long.
Most stuff in the menu are priced reasonably, fair market value for today standards.
Now to the disappointment part, to the food, my dad had the steak, while me & my mom had their fish & chips.
While my dad enjoyed his steak, he said that it was one of the best restaurants streak he had in a very long time, the same cannot be said about the fish & chips. One of the most disappointing fish & chips I had in long time. Our fish had way too much batter & not enough of the fish in it plus the batter was not crispy enough (it was soggy & oily) like most fish & chips.
It tasted ok but too much batter. & the'chips/french fries' was your basic run of the mill frozen fries. Nothing unique about them. They taste the same as any place that used frozen fries. They don't even put any unique spices on them.
But I got to say that their coleslaw was good.

Not sure if we will come back here. If you do come here, stay away from the fish & chips

Ont souper hier, ma femme & moi, & le service a été très long, ce qui a été causé par les cuisiniers. J'ai reçu mes calmars, ils étaient froids, & mon hamburger steak, la sauce brune sur ma viande avait eu le temps de faire une peau quand l'assiette reste trop longtemps sur le passe-plats, & que la viande était froide. Ma femme avait des pâtes gratinées & la salade de chou avait un goût bizarre, & j'aime les deux sortes de salade de chou. En plus, on était côté bar & la jeune fille était seule pour prendre les commandes & servir les consommations. Une chance, les employés de la cuisine venaient porter les plats.
Ça n'arrive pas souvent de ma part, je ne le recommande pas comme premier choix.

J'ai retrouvé une mouche dans ma salade grecque. De plus, le steak était fade & même si on avait commandé medium, on a reçu un steak bleu. Décevant :(
