Dans l'ensemble, Bar Le Sparrow est perçu comme une adresse conviviale avec une ambiance chaleureuse et un brunch varié, des plats comme les oeufs turcs, le sandwich naan au petit déjeuner et des cocktails appréciés, le tout dans un cadre agréable et une terrasse estivale agréable. Le rapport qualité-prix est parfois remis en question et certaines préparations paraissent moins fraîches ou les portions semblent petites, et le service peut être inégal ou parfois débordé, ce qui peut influencer l'expérience. Malgré ces éléments, l'endroit donne envie de revenir pour découvrir d'autres plats et profiter de l'espace à l'étage.
Étant irlandais de confession, en profitant d'un de leurs cocktails sur leur super terasse au couleurs de mon pays, je m'y sens comme dans mes pantoufles. Seul bémol: la quantité des breuvages ne reflète pas la soif qui sustenstrait mes ancêtres.

I'd like to give a shoutout to my waiter Rachel who filled my visit with fantastic service & funny, light hearted jokes. to say she knows what she's doing behind the bar would be an understatement. 5/5 would recommend again, again & again a 3rd time
Food was delicious but the portions were quite small compared to price. We were actually a little disappointed when they brought the plates. We were there for the brunch.
Best brunch in the mile end... sorry Larry.... I ordered the Turkish eggs & went back the next day for the Zaatar breakfast sandwich, the ingredients are so fresh & flavourful. It was like living on a homestead & taking all the food from the garden & creating something so so delicious. I've been to a few brunch places in the mile end & nothing compares to Le Bar Sparrow. It's beautifully curated in it's design. If I lived in Montreal this place would rob me $. I can't wait to go back, it'll next time MTL, & THANK YOU
My friends & I were sat on the couch, enjoying beautiful drinks & plates of food with incredible flavours.
I'll start with the food.
The cauliflower was so good, undoubtedly the highlight. We also ordered fries (some of the best crispy fries I've had, the sauce is to die for, please make a poutine???) + the bread & butter, the bread has this … charcoal-y profile as if it just was baked on volcanic rocks. It's a good thing. Really
We were so comfy, the vibes were chill on this Tuesday evening & music at the right volume to allow us to catch up & enjoy.
The service was impeccable, our waitress & her colleagues were always checking in on us.
I WILL be coming back to try the rest of the menu (& re-order everything I got)

The food was decent but not worth waiting a whole hour for. The atmosphere was nice, we liked the vibes but waiting an hour to finally eat made the experience not that great.
A meteor is hurling towards Earth. Top NASA scientists & government officials say there's nothing we can do. They tell us to find our loved ones & hug them before the end. I turn off the TV, & there's silence. Shaking, my love turns to me, & whispers'what are we going to do?'
I smile, & hold her close. I feel no fear. I say to her,'we're going to go to Bar Le Sparrow to order the breakfast Banh Mi with eggplant. We'll once again taste the best sandwich that has ever graced the face of this earth; the combination of perfectly baked bread, fried eggs & eggplant, Hoisin sauce, & fresh veggies dancing on our tongues; only made better by the fantastic service, friendly staff, & unbeatable vibe of the bar; before we accept our annihilation.'
She smiles back. We eat our sandwiches in peace as the meteor makes its impact. Our last thoughts are only the hope that somewhere & sometime out there in the vast expanse of the cold & great universe, sentient life will again emerge, rebuild civilization, & once again discover the glory of Bar Le Sparrow's breakfast Banh Mi.
