Great friendly pub in Morin Heights. Good indoor seating & a shady patio.

I haven't found a bar like this in about 30 years. It's like a corner pub with your regulars & nice little barmaids & really really amazing music,old school 70s & 80s rock & roll. All they're missing is a dart board because they have the pool table & the clientele, very friendly locals. Everybody's got a story with a smile. It's a place I would love to live right around the corner from. Must be nice on cool winter nights to go warm up & socialize with your buddies. There's no bars around the area I live & it's unfortunate because they've all died off & it's nice to see that one has been resuscitated by the owner....wonderful & beautifully Stellar Mimi. She's brought back to life what we've been missing. In the three evenings I was in Morin Heights I had to pass by. It just felt like it was the right place to go & be & it was so warm & comforting. Hence the name😉 For the first time in a long time I hadn't seen anybody staring at their phones I actually saw a human interaction on a communicative level. Some guys were shooting pool, a couple of men after work were having a nice cold beer, a young dude was flirting with the sparkling barmaid & myself, tapping my feet to the music, & sharing a smile with Mimi at the corner of the bar ON MY BIRTHDAY🥳 I've missed it & enjoyed every minute.
