I had a wonderful experience at this sweet shop! The service was outstanding-everyone was friendly, welcoming, & attentive. The staff made me feel valued from the moment I walked in. The sweets were fresh, delicious, & beautifully presented, with a great variety to choose from. You can really tell they care about quality & customer satisfaction. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for excellent service & amazing treats. I'll definitely be coming back!Even I am buying every week from there
I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was disappointing. While the food is genuinely good, the customer service was among the worst I've experienced.
The person working at the front was rude, unprofessional, & lacked basic customer service skills. There was no welcoming attitude, no patience, & no respect shown toward customers. A great meal cannot make up for poor treatment.
Another concern was food hygiene. The person packing the orders was handling food without wearing gloves. Basic food safety practices should never be overlooked, especially when preparing & packing customers' meals.
The restaurant has great potential because the food is delicious, but management should seriously consider improving staff training, customer service, & food handling standards. Good food brings customers in, but good service is what keeps them coming back.
I bought Ghevar from Balaji sweets. I was really delicious. Their customer serving speed is fast & the staff is so nice & welcoming.
I had a very disappointing experience with this business. I placed an order over the phone ahead of time specifically to avoid waiting. However, when I arrived to pick up my order, I was told I would have to wait another 20 minutes because a customer ahead of me had taken everything that was available.
When I politely asked what the purpose of ordering ahead was if I still had to wait, instead of apologizing for the inconvenience, the staff member started arguing with me. A simple apology & explanation would have gone a long way, but the lack of professionalism & customer service made the experience very frustrating.
If a business offers online ordering, they should reserve items for customers who place orders in advance or properly manage their inventory. Otherwise, ordering ahead becomes pointless. I hope management takes steps to improve both inventory management & customer service.
