Walked into B12 Burger Langelier thinking we'd grab a quick bite. What we got instead was a lesson in patience & portion sizes.
The counter lady taking our order was... how do I put this politely? Let's just say, if customer service were an Olympic sport, she wouldn't make the qualifiers. No smile, no greetings, just pure'next!' energy. I felt like I was in trouble for being hungry.
To add to the mystery, there were no prices anywhere. Screens weren't working, so ordering felt like a fast food blind date: full of confusion, regret, & onion rings. My wife had read reviews that the burgers were big, & I laughed. How big could a burger be?
Plot twist: the burgers are enormous. I ordered the #2 & my wife had the classic chicken burger, plus some onion rings to feel fancy. When the food came, I understood. These things are units. I'm convinced each burger contains the spirit of two cows & a gym membership.
The onion rings? Generous. Crispy. Delicious. If I'd known I was signing up for a food marathon, I would've carb-loaded the night before.
We paid $42 for two burgers & one side. I thought it was absurd... until halfway through my burger I started googling'how to store leftover burger in glove compartment.' Honestly, had the ordering process been smoother, we would've splurged on the six-burger family meal. But the vibe at the counter made me rethink all my life choices.
The good news? Tons of parking. The bad news? Only one other customer in the whole place. I'm guessing the other folks read the reviews & met the counter lady.

C'est vraiment ordinaire, trop gras & peu savoureux , je m'attendais à un burger de haute qualité, mais c'est un peu comme du Mcdonald avec des plus grosses portions
Un des meilleurs restaurant de burger endroit propre burgers super bon excellent service de Salima avec son beau sourire & son accueil surtout avec les enfants

Excellent personnalised service. Love the staff, super friendly & helpful, gives a family vibe. First time at a B12 establishment & most definitely not the last. Love love loooove the service & food. I had ordered one burger to go & a trio in store. They took the initiative to set a timing & it worked perfectly. Honestly coming back (when I visit my parents)
On a acheté 2 burgers hier un over dose & un b12 franchement c'était tres bon surtout l'over dose !le seul bémol c'est que les sauces a l'intérieur étaient trop salées! Mais c'est un truc qui peut se régler! C'est l'un des meilleurs burger que j'ai manger à Montréal

Bon staff. les burgers sont bons, mais si vous souhaitez aller le week end evitez! Une famille habituée à se pointer laissant leurs petits gosses courrir entre les tables & crier comme pas possible on se croit dans une garderie...
GIANT BURGERS. One feeds me & my wife plenty... But the chicken b12 burger was to thin & mostly panning that was so hard that it cut the inside of my mouth... lol.. great place I think ill stick with the beef patty next time
