The food was great as usual, & the portions were generous.
But we struggled to find a non boycott drink for the Trio. It would be appreciated if they provided other drinks from local brands, there are so many other options in the market !

I've been eating here since B12, & honestly the food is very good. The portions are generous, & I've always enjoyed the meals. However, it really saddens me that they still choose to serve drinks from boycott brands. For a place with such good food, I wish they would also make more ethical choices with the products they offer. Supporting (extremely accessible) alternatives that don't choose to give free drinks to soldiers that are killing children & women everyday would make the experience feel much more aligned with the quality of the restaurant.

My experience has been the same in all of the following branches: Acadie, Kirkland, CDN & Downtown branch.

The food is genuinely good, & the portions are satisfying. I've been eating here since B12 & I can't deny that the meals taste great.

That being said, I'm disappointed that they continue to offer drinks from boycott brands. These choices matter. A restaurant with good food should also care about the ethics behind the products it sells. I hope they reconsider & choose alternatives that don't make customers feel like their money is supporting the murder of children.

Burger was good, chips & fries were overcooked & old. The drinks were warm & no ice available. Lastly, nachos in a bowl is lame.

The food was ok but the fries & chips were cold & some of the chips were not even crispy but chewy.
The staff were nice & friendly.
But the overall cleanliness was not ok the window glass the bathroom the counter table of the drinks just not ok at all. Although I took some photos but I deleted them maybe they'll read this post & take action so there is no need for the photo.

It was the worst carbonated drink I have ever had in my life. It tasted awful. Most of the chips were soft. There was no ketchup. They didn't even provide napkins. I give 2 stars only for hamburger.

Hey ! This place is awesome.. food tastes absolutely delicious perfectly made with love & life. ( From the heart )... Although you will wake up in the middle of the night & drink 5 gallons of water. Needs new non boycotted drinks

It has the potential to be better. Very greasy & messy to eat. The bun is made of yellow colored bread & falls apart. The meat is okay but ordinary. I prefer A&W by a long shot...fries are better at A&W as are the drinks. The fountain drinks at B12 are watered down & not tasty as at A&W.
