Absolutely delicious burgers! The meat was juicy & perfectly cooked, & the toppings were super fresh. The fries were crispy & hot, & the service was fast & friendly. The place has a great vibe - clean, cozy, & welcoming. Definitely one of the best burger spots around! Highly recommend! 🍔🍟

B12 est un très bon endroit pour bien manger mais le seul problem s'est que sa arrive souvent quand je prend des fries elles sont soit très solides & du coup elles sont mauvaise

The food was ok but the fries & chips were cold & some of the chips were not even crispy but chewy.
The staff were nice & friendly.
But the overall cleanliness was not ok the window glass the bathroom the counter table of the drinks just not ok at all. Although I took some photos but I deleted them maybe they'll read this post & take action so there is no need for the photo.

If you're hungry, this is *the* spot to hit. The burger portions are huge - like, seriously filling - & the fries? They don't hold back. I got a mountain of them. Best part though? The taste. Everything was so good, from the juicy patty to the perfectly seasoned fries. Definitely worth it if you're craving a satisfying meal.

My husband had been begging me to try this spot for several weeks. I am not a fan of burgers or minced meat, but after all his hype - I gave in. We went to the Laval location which is closest for us however there was no parking & all the tables were taken. We drove to the l'Acadie location & found parking & a table. We both ordered the B12 trio. When I saw the size of the burger, my jaw dropped. Needless to say I couldn't take a proper bite for how tall it was. I ended up eating a third of it & used about a dozen napkins because it's so juicy & messy. I get why they offer gloves. Overall, delicious , fresh & tasty. Personally I wouldn't go again because I am unable to unlock my jaw to eat 😂 I would try the chicken burger but take out & make a mess at homes. Fries & chips were okay.

The prices were a bit much but it was worth it & the service was fast, tima was very nice & friendly & we'll for sure be going again.

Just had an amazing experience at this spot! The place was spotless, & the burger was incredibly fresh & delicious. The customer service was top-notch, with friendly staff who made sure everything was perfect. Definitely a place I'll be returning to!

If you're looking for a big burger, this is the place to be. The service is generous & kind, & the bread is delightfully crispy. The meat is tasty, & while I personally enjoyed the fries, those who prefer saltier fries might find them a bit under-seasoned. Recommended if you are craving a burger.

Agréable expérience, so far, I came twice at different times (4pm & 1am), & it's always a good service, good food, generous size, Wheelchair accessible with 1 inch door step, entrance in L with 2 doors (may be harder to maneuver with mobility scooter but doable _my friend was ok), also ok, for power wheelchair. Counter to order slightly high for manual wheelchair users, perfect for power wheelchair users & mobility scooters. Did not check bathrooms (take out)

It has the potential to be better. Very greasy & messy to eat. The bun is made of yellow colored bread & falls apart. The meat is okay but ordinary. I prefer A&W by a long shot...fries are better at A&W as are the drinks. The fountain drinks at B12 are watered down & not tasty as at A&W.

Firstly I'd like to say the staff is incredibly nice. I mean beyond nice & friendly. The food is GREAT! The portions are massive, you definitely won't be hungry after eating there. We took it to go & it as incredibly satisfying.

This is the biggest burger i've ever eaten !! i had a trio & i couldn't even finish the burger hahaha ! i guess this the best burger in terms of quantity & price ! +1 for putting chips with fries too 🎯

My first visit here. The size & presentation were good. The flavors of my toppings & bun seemed both tasty & fresh. However, the quality & flavor of the meat, the beef patty, didn't measure up to what I thought was top notch. I got the impression that people were there for the size of the burger & portions of the sides. The atmosphere I felt like an upscale Harvey's. The service seemed friendly, & the establishment seemed clean. I would definitely give it a second chance. BTW... FYI... this can be a very busy place with a wait time close to a 1/2 hour before you get the meal you ordered & paid for.

Massive delicious burgers. Great packaging let them stay fresh so the burgers & fries don't go soggy. Tried classic burger, Swiss, Mozza & classic chicken. Classic burger recommended the most, but they have many choices including sandwich option as well as hotdogs.

I like the size of the burger. It was good size considering the price. But compared to the size of the bun, the patty was very thin. I also tried the chicken Poutine which I didn't like because it was very dry with fried chickens. I think the beef poutine would be better.

Burger is big enough to stuff you for a day. Bit pricey but worth it. Staff was very friendly & welcoming, plus point toilets are very clean.
