Le meilleur chef traiteur de Montréal! Je commande chaque semaine leurs coffrets-repas au bureau & je dois dire que je n'ai jamais été déçue! Même leur service de Traiteur est exceptionnel. Les plats sont raffinés, les ingrédients sont recherchés & excellents, leurs contenants sont recyclés & recyclables... bref un 5/5! Un grand merci à Julie & Sébastien du service à la clientèle qui sont toujours à l'écoute, flexibles & de très bons conseils! Je recommande vivement :)

Food quality 4/5 Menu & ordering 4/5 Delivery 1/5 Customer Service 2/5 Overall 3/5 I've used Avec Plaisir 3 times in the past year. The last time I used them (March 2024) was for a large dinner i was organizing with clients. I placed the order ($1000) online & asked for a 5pm delivery time. I called the company during the day of my event to make sure the food would arrive by 5pm. I was told there was no guarantee that it would arrive on time. This surprised me as I had placed the order a few days before. It was critical for the food to arrive on time. The customer rep I spoke to on the phone gave me an after-hours emergency delivery phone number to track the delivery. Once 5pm hit, the food had not arrived yet so I called half a dozen times. My calls & texts went unanswered, leaving me very frustrated & confused. Not to mention I had over 12 clients asking where the food was. Finally the food showed up at 5:50pm. Unfortunately by then, people started to leave. I told the driver that this was unprofessional & unacceptable. His excuse to me was that he got lost but that wasn't believable. I asked why he didn't return my phone calls or answer my text & his answer was he never received them I then sent the company two emails Explaining the entire situation in detail, & have yet to receive a response. I will not be using Avec Plaisir in the future.
