The nice thing about Au Vieux Duluth is that you can bring your own wine. The portions are generous. The fillet mignon was amazing & so was the cheese cake. & Andreas the waiter was funny & entertaining.
.A l'opposé de celui de Point-aux-Trembles & son proprio George; cette branche est très accueillante & la nourriture selon les règles de l'art. La photo en preuve. Une grande carafe d'eau glacée, sans avoir besoin de la redemander selon besoin. Maria, notre serveuse était très aimable, sourire facile & professionnelle. Chapeau au chef !
I don't understand the negative reviews. It's my go to restaurant in Ville st Laurent. My husband & I love the food there. We usually go for special occasions. I ALWAYS order the calamari & have never been disappointed. Simply the best!! The service is exceptional (shout out to Elias😊) Always checking to see if we need anything & very friendly & respectful. I also have attended many times with my large family & everything always went smoothly. I highly recommend this place!!
Very fun dinner with friends, I usually do not tend to choose Au Vieux Duluth type places but that's where my friends chose to go. The bonus with Au Vieux Duluth is that you can bring your own wine. The portions are generous. The only thing I would not order again is that spanakopita. It looked undercooked & was kind "meh". My main course was the Butterfly Shrimp. Which to me feels like it would be a no- fail choice if you don't know what to choose. Good cheesecake. Overall. Great service. Great evening. Generous portions.
La qualité, la quantité des aliments servis est très bonne. Le service est bon à chacune de nos visites. Anecdote malheureuse du printemps 2023. Le restaurant affiche une fermeture à 22h sur Google. Nous arrivons à 20h30 & voulons nous assurer que l'heure de fermeture de Google est la bonne. Nous demandons à l'hôtesse si nous pouvons être reçus malgré l'heure tardive. Mme nous réponds que le restaurant ferme à 21h. Elle grimace & accepte de nous donner une table. 4 autres tables sont occupées par des groupes de 4 clients. C'est au bout de 20 minutes après notre dernière bouché que la serveuse préparera la facture alors que nous attendons près de la sortie. à notre départ il restait 2 tablés. Il était 21h37.
