"Absolutely phenomenal. I'll be back to try the rest of the menu. We got the Duck Temaki (10/10), Plogue a Champlain (a little too sweet for our palate but would make for a good dessert), Scallop Quenelle (light and delicious), and Plogue a Champlain (perfect). We sat at the bar overlooking the kitchen, which I quite liked. Service was impeccable."
