"A must visit in Montreal if you like foie gras! We had it in many forms when we visited. Individual pieces on sushi rice (aka foie gras nigiri), foie gras poutine, foie gras mapo tofu, and foie gras with the duck in a can! All were good but in particular the foie gras nigiri was the standout followed by the poutine."
