"Martin Picard and his nephew, chef de cuisine Michael, are absolutely still slaying the food scene in Montréal. The menu morphs over time, but the Salade de Bleu, Canard en Conserve, and foie gras persist. I can't visit Montréal without a stop at Pied de Cochon."
