"Best meal of my life! As a solo diner I felt super comfortable and at ease sitting at the bar, with a fun view of the kitchen. Amazing foie gras specialities, excellent wine list & cocktail. I'd come back to Montreal exclusively to have the Plogue à Champlain, and the foie gras nigiri. Amazing experience from beginning to end!"
