"Food was subpar for a purported "Michelin-star worthy." The aged pork chop was fatty, overall under seasoned, and lacked freshness (a bit of citrus or even fresh apple, perhaps?). The duck breast, albeit delicious, was so tough, it could not be sliced without a fair amount of elbow grease or at all - we left about 1/3 of the breast on the plate...."
