"Table wasn't ready for nearly 40 mins after our reservation time & service took ages (2.5 hours to have 2 courses). We felt ignored compared to the other parties seated near us, and we had to ask every time we needed anything (except water - the bus boy was the most efficient and attentive member of staff). Generally felt chaotic and badly managed."
