Report inappropriate review or replies

"took almost 2 hours to get our starter dish. by the time we did, they had also brought out the mains, and they were cold. they took them back and re-made them, but by that time almost 2.5 hrs had passed. it was not busy and everyone around us got their food without issue. it seems like the staff were very new and repeatedly forgot about us. :("
