"The duck confit was a little dry but overall the food was good. My companions enjoyed their meals. Tea is much easier to make than coffee. What is essential is boiling water and loose or bagged tea leaves. My tea was was made with water that was not hot enough so the tea did not infuse. Please encourage your staff to make good tea! Ce n'est pas sorcier!"
