The best lunch option for those working in PVM. Cheap, fast & delicious. My go to is the japchae (noodles) with beef - $13.80 including tax.

One of the best place to get quick lunch if you work at 1PVM. Cheap & big portion, & it was really good. You don't got wrong with the Noodle & Chicken one.
