"The service was extremely bad and ridiculously slow. Took almost 20 minutes to get coffee. The food was good but the latkes weren't hot and didn't taste fresh. Maybe it was a fluke because it was right before Christmas. I do hope Arthur's Cathcart starts to open on the weekends going forward. It's always busy so why not?!"
