Notre Histoire Arouch est une entreprise familiale qui a ouvert ses portes en 1978. La boulangerie, qui initialement vendait exclusivement des pizzas lahmajoun, s'est rapidement taillée la réputation d'être la meilleure de la ville. Arouch est apparue dans plusieurs articles de journaux et de revues, de même qu'à la télévision et dans Internet. Les propriétaires, la famille Dedeyan ont rénové la boulangerie en y introduisant plusieurs variétés de pizzas typiques, en modernisant le décor, en ouvrant une deuxième boulangerie à Laval, une troisième au centre-ville et une quatrième située sur Côte-des-Neiges. Aujourd'hui, Arouch vous sert à partir de ses 4 emplacements et ses produits sont vendus dans plus de 50 supermarchés indépendants et magasins spécialisés au Québec tels que Mourelatos et Marché PA.
Les retours sur Arouch convergent vers un accueil chaleureux et une offre de lahmajouns et de pains plats qui en font une référence à Montréal, avec un service convivial, rapide et efficace et des options à emporter ou en portions, le packaging soigné permettant de les congeler ou de les partager facilement. Have you ever had one of those'Where have you been all my life?!' culinary & cultural moments? Arouch - & the MOST lovely Sona - left me with that feeling yesterday. First, it was the combination of lemon, mint, & zahtar - bright, savory, & deeply comforting all at once - that turned a simple meal into something quietly unforgettable.
But beyond the *incredible* dining experience, it was meeting & having the opportunity to speak with Sona that made the visit so beautifully special: her warmth, her stories, & her pride in Armenian culture made me feel both welcomed to Montreal & connected to a wider, generous global community.
As a recent Quebec transplant, I felt seen, exceptionally (!) well-fed, & genuinely at home, & I'm already looking forward to coming back, both for the lahmajoun & for another chance to say thank you to such a gracious ambassador of Armenian hospitality & Montreal's welcome. 💕🙏🏼
The warmest welcome in Montreal with the best lahmajoun! This place is the OG, cranking out tasty flatbreads for decades. Absolute must visit -- & you want to come to this location.
Stopped in for 2 dozen to bring home, & Sona graciously packaged them up for ideal freezing. She was so sweet, chatting with my dad about life in the old Park Ex neighborhood. Warm, friendly service & excellent foods, what more could you possibly want? Pay them a visit & take a box to go!!

Manouch/Lahmajoun is always an interesting item to order because depending on where you order it- it could be a flatbread, it could be a wrap- it could be somehow both! Here it resembled a hybrid but I think it would have been best kept as a flatbread. Mine was served with cheese & a few veggies. I think the veggies should have been thrown on before it was heated for better integration personally rather than loosely thrown on, which made it a messier experience with the toppings flying around. Other than how the food held together, it was really tasty & at a reasonable price. The service was good too.
Went in on Sunday to purchase some Lahmajoun, the service was fantastic & extremely friendly. She was super kind & packed my order with care. I was very thankful
Furthermore, the food was fantastic. Weather eaten cold or warm, the wraps were amazing & cooked perfectly.
The inside of the store is very clean & they are menu is very clear with a ton of options weather u want a single meal or want to purchase in bulk, they are prepared & handled my order quickly & professionally.
Sona was wonderful! She was very pleasant, friendly, & extremely efficient. She easily handled many orders at once, all while keeping her smile! The food, as always, was great. Arouch is our family favourite for Lahmajoun whenever we visit Montreal from Ottawa. We will be back next time! Thank you.
C'était notre première visite à Montréal-Arouch! Nous avons adoré cette belle endroit pour manger. La nouriture( pizza arménienne-lahmajoun) était super délicieux Les prix sont abordables & le service clientèle excellent & magnifique😊!
En visite à Montréal de ville de Québec, nous avons goûté lahmajoun arménien qui était extraordinaire. Surtout nous sommes très contents du service à la clientèle qui était très professionnel & très chalheurex.
I first discovered this gem back in'02. I was even fortunate enough to have a tour of their production area. Service has always been fast & friendly. But above everything, I come for the food. Try the lahmajoun & you will be hooked. Soft, moist, fragrant & very flavourful. The zaatar is fabulous as well.
We were served by Sona! She is fantastic & offered the best customer service! She was helpful, patient & entertaining. Arouche makes the best lahmajoun but when you combine it with Sona's dedication to her job it makes the experience even better! 5 stars!
It was so good ! The place was very clean. I had : Wrap Zahtar / Zahtar Wrap • Olives • Turnips • Mint Leaves • Lemon Juice • Add Tomatoes It was super good i will keep ordering the wrap zahtar that way. & i had the Pizza Lahmajoun there was alot of them for the price, great value at 6 for 14$. It was light & not greasy at all.
