The service is good & relaxed, the atmosphere is fairly good depending on the time of night & day of the week. The clientele is mainly youngish - gen x or early gen z. Lots of good natural vibes about the lounge
The only reason I haven't given 5 stars on Food, is that even though there menu is really good, & all of the items I've had are awesome; I feel they need a couple more veggie options 🥰 Other than that Music is always a vibe & Shisha you van always count on :)

I don't like the fact that they don't gave us a printed bills before we pay. I feel like sometimes they over charging us. The last 2 time we went there the waiting time to get a service at our table was HORRIBLE. We waited 30+ minutes to have a waiter at our table, she took our order & we wait another long time that we almost left even if we orders our drinks & the Shisha. Outside of that the atmosphere is really nice, we listen good music, the people going there are friendly.
I've been a loyal customer for years, visiting weekly. However, during the F1 weekend, I was shocked to be significantly overcharged without any prior warning. This happened on Sunday night after the F1 event was already over. Such a lack of transparency & respect for regular patrons is unacceptable. Unfortunately, I won't be coming back.
Service is trash, prices are insanely high & they charge you more than the actual price on the menu. I paid 35$ for a sandwich. Never spending another $ there.

Tipped 15% m & the waitress with the fake lips & curly hair made a comment on the fact that next time, the tip should be minimum 18% lol. Why would I give you 18% when your service wasn't even good? Better be grateful that I even give you a tip.
I went with my friends in Montreal but everyone was loud specially the table behind us this ppl were like really loud..yelling & screaming for no reason. It was loud place compared to Ottawa The service was nice .. i had only drinks so no idea about food. The best thing was the mixed arabic music
Arabica Lounge has been a mainstay for our trips to Montreal for over 10 years! Not only is the food & service excellent, it has a very unique atmosphere - modern where it counts, but tucked into an historical building on a quiet side street close to the action on St. Catherine. The crowd is young & fun without being too rowdy, it's filled with positive energy but you can still carry on a conversation. The hookas are always clean & they exclusively use coconut charcoal, so the smell, taste & management of your hookah is simple & very pleasant. We enjoyed several hours together & left happy as always with the experience!
