The most terrible service ive ever seen. First hookah. Waitress offered 4 types, we ask for one double apple. They brought us something else & when we ask why this hookah isnt double apple they answered that they dont have double apple. Then they brought us one that didnt smoke & without flavour. Waitress ignored our tries to call her couple times, finally she brought us menu second time(we were going to order something to drink) & after that she was mess around the bar with her phone without any remembering about us. We caught another waitress & asked for bill. Bill did include tips already & she told us that we cannot refuse them. We were almost self-servicing & still have to leave 15% out of $170 for nothing.

The service was terrible, & the hookah was awful. The hookah started tasting burnt after literally 10 minutes. The waitress completely ignored us - she brought the menu & disappeared for 15 minutes without even paying attention to our table.

Such a cool spot to go to at any time during the day. The music is great & I love the waitresses there, they're so kind. I find the vibe there is very chill you can go to study, go for a fun time with friends or even just go to relax with some good music. All that with hookah that lasts long!

Went in to have some hookah & tea , place was really nice & quiet. Perfect to relax & enjoy the afternoon. Great service, staff was very friendly.

Arabica Lounge has been a mainstay for our trips to Montreal for over 10 years! Not only is the food & service excellent, it has a very unique atmosphere - modern where it counts, but tucked into an historical building on a quiet side street close to the action on St. Catherine. The crowd is young & fun without being too rowdy, it's filled with positive energy but you can still carry on a conversation. The hookas are always clean & they exclusively use coconut charcoal, so the smell, taste & management of your hookah is simple & very pleasant. We enjoyed several hours together & left happy as always with the experience!

Great ambiance, cozy seating, & attentive staff make this lounge a perfect spot to unwind. The cocktails were expertly crafted, & the hookah was mind blowing, the menu offered a variety of tasty options. Definitely coming back for more.
