Service médiocre du début à la fin. Serveuse désagréable, aucun sourire, aucune politesse. Au moment du paiement, elle a ajouté elle-même un pourboire sans me consulter. Ma facture était de 75 $, mais le total est passé à 85 $ sans que j'aie donné mon accord. J'avais pourtant prévu de laisser un pourboire en espèces. Ce manque de professionnalisme & cette façon d'imposer un pourboire sont inacceptables. Très déçu de cette expérience

Absolutely terrible experience. The bouncer, Momar, was rude, aggressive, & completely unprofessional from start to finish. I was not even allowed to retrieve my phone or pay my bill before being confronted, which is unacceptable.

Instead of handling the situation respectfully, he got right in my face & acted in an intimidating manner. I've never been treated with such disrespect at a lounge. The entire interaction left me feeling unwelcome & singled out.

Management should seriously reconsider who they have representing their business. No customer should be spoken to or approached this way. Between the poor treatment, lack of professionalism, & hostile atmosphere, I will never be returning & would not recommend this place to anyone.

The most terrible service ive ever seen. First hookah. Waitress offered 4 types, we ask for one double apple. They brought us something else & when we ask why this hookah isnt double apple they answered that they dont have double apple. Then they brought us one that didnt smoke & without flavour. Waitress ignored our tries to call her couple times, finally she brought us menu second time(we were going to order something to drink) & after that she was mess around the bar with her phone without any remembering about us. We caught another waitress & asked for bill. Bill did include tips already & she told us that we cannot refuse them. We were almost self-servicing & still have to leave 15% out of $170 for nothing.

The service was terrible, & the hookah was awful. The hookah started tasting burnt after literally 10 minutes. The waitress completely ignored us - she brought the menu & disappeared for 15 minutes without even paying attention to our table.

J etait la bas hier soir c vraiment de la merde y'as pas de bière ca c'est de 1 de 2 pas de redbuul au moin pour rempler l'alcool leger

& j'ai prix un mix grill a 40$ juste pour une beouchette de bouef & un poulet secc aucun jus

J etait vraiment déçue hier soir qui m'as forcer a quitte la soirre avec mes amie a 20h30 c de la honte vraiment je déconseille de y alle
