I like going to this place , plenty of options for cocktails, smoothies & ice cream as well. Prices are ok compared to other places! Overall it's a good place.

The best cocktail in Montreal.
The staff are very friendly, the food is great.
It was nice to see a family working together to make that business successful.

Très déçue. Service à la clientèle médiocre & aucune écoute envers les clients. Nous avions commandé pour emporter, puis demandé à manger sur place quelques minutes plus tard, mais cela nous a été refusé. Les prix sont également exagérés. Je ne reviendrai pas.

Nous n'avons pas été bien accueillis. Le service était très froid & notre commande a été prise avec arrogance. On nous a clairement dit : « C'est comme ça ou rien, sinon vous pouvez partir. » Une attitude complètement inacceptable.

Je donnerai meme moin d une étoile si c'était possible !!

Very disappointed. The customer service was poor, & there was no consideration for the customer. We originally ordered takeout, then asked a few minutes later if we could eat in instead, but our request was refused. The prices are also overpriced. I will not be coming back.

I would give less than one star if that were possible!!

Nous avons commandé 2 assiettes de fruits nuits du Liban à consommer sur place qui nous as coûté pour les 2 assiettes 40.00$ + le pourboire. À ce prix je m'attendais à des fruits très frais, malheureusement les bananes étaient beaucoup trop mûres & les papayes étaient très dures & très amères ce qui a gâcher nos plats, je l'ai dit à la jeune serveuse au comptoir qui m'as gentiment proposé de remplacer par 2 fruits de mon choix, elle m'as donc offert 1 petite soucoupe de fraises & une de mangue. L'endroit est quand même sympathique & normalement toutes les fois que nous sommes allés tout était toujours parfait. Nous habitons sur la rive sud en Montérégie & nous faisons tout ce chemin spécialement pour venir manger notre assiette nuits du Liban.

Not what it used to be... waited 10 mins before the staff noticed me & asked me what I need even when i told them 3 times that I'm ready to order... the prices are very expensive now (17$ / kg of ice cream!! Used to be 11$.... the waffle with fake chocolate (very oily) is 15$ now when we used to pay 12$ for it)... all in all I prefer the one Cote Vertu with the original owners... too bad

I asked for two plastic cups for my daughters to not spill them everywhere in their restaurant & they refused to give them to me unless we're going to drink them outside. I explained that my kids are 2 & 3 & will spill them everywhere & the cups will break but she didn't care.
