The pizza is one of the best. The submarines were excellent.

I think they were flooded with orders when we ordered. We had an order for 13 people to take out. They told us it would take an hour, but it took an extra 25 minutes. They comped us some GREAT iced cappuccino & onion rings, so that was cool of them.

We came in for pizza, & the table wasn't reserved for another hour. We would have had plenty of time to eat & leave before then, but the waitress still refused to seat us because of the upcoming reservation. It was disappointing & didn't make much sense. The restaurant was almost empty .

Had to wait a full hour & they still didn't have our food. Other customers were really angry too.
On a saturday there was only 1 person in the kitchen & 1 very rude girl serving the customers
I don't even understand why she was hired
I asked for a espresso martini virgin which was clearly written in their mocktail menu but then she said she can't make it virgin. She had no idea what she was doing & she was very rude to us & other customers who were also waiting for 1hour & half apparently.
Would not recommend this place at all
We left after 1 hour with NO FOOD EVEN IN THE OVEN

We waited for 1 hour exactly & we were sitting inside after an hour of ordering the girl came & said they no longer have lasagna
which we had to place another order after spending already an hour there. She went with the new order & we were looking in the kitchen the chef was completely lost he was calling the owner every two minutes yelling that she can't find the sauces. Finally after 1hour & half there was still no pizza no panzerotti in the four & the fries that we ordered as appetizers wasn't ready either. When we expressed our frustration the girl said we are short staffed & i am not the owner. She was very rude & unprofessional at that point we should have had our fries to start with. There was only 3 other people in the restaurant but even tho they couldn't handle both our tables they still kept getting uber orders which made us wait even longer. I am an influencer i went to a lot of places this was definitely the most unprofessional.
Not to mention how dirty the cups of water were & how the girl couldn't even make a espresso martini

Hello, I read some reviews before coming here & so should have followed my gut. We got a family pizza it was NOT cooked at all … the dough was still dough !! The waitress was a nice lady she offered to make a new pizza & she was told by the owner NO! Ok! We ordered a Caesar salad & the salad was hot on a hot day you like to eat a nice crisp cold salad! Yes? Not to mention if you the owner cooks in the back … do you realize that a man loses about 20 to 50 beard hairs per day?! Wear a hairnet on your beard please & head! So you won't see me here again ! Good luck to all those who go here ! Bye !!

Worst experience ever the lady at the cash that probably serves as well put the cherry on top . Good was mediocre made us waiting while discussing why interact paper wasn't coming out after 15min she the decide it might be a good idea to serve the client once got the order got back home food was absolutely a nightmare . Good job now you're completely out on my selection from st do restaurants . & to the lady that served me if hospitality Is not your thing just go something else .

one pizza was $50 which was kind of expensive. the waitress was nice but our pizza wasn't sliced & it took a while for us to get it back

I was really disappointed with my experience at Ancien Four.

The Uber Eats app showed my order as ready, so I drove to pick it up. When I arrived, I was told it wasn't actually ready & waited outside. About 15 minutes later, the waitress came back out to ask me what my order was again & said it would take another 5 minutes. In total, I waited around 30 minutes after the app said it was ready. The restaurant also wasn't busy, which made it even more frustrating.

The pizza itself wasn't much better. The crust was paper-thin, the pizza was extremely oily, & so much grease leaked through the box that it spilled into my Mercedes. I literally had to remove my tshirt & use it to wipe up the oil that leaked through the box.

On top of that, the toppings looked like they had just been thrown onto the pizza instead of being evenly distributed(My guess is the waitress saw they forgot toppings on a pizza & just added it to the top. They were piled up in one area, which made it look rushed & poorly prepared.

Unfortunately, the quality didn't justify the price. I've honestly had better pizzas 2 for 1 chains for much less money, & that's not something I expected to say considering their quality is really bad.

Between the long wait, poor communication, burnt, greasy pizza, & sloppy presentation, I won't be returning.

I ordered the Ste do sub & I was really disappointed. Bread is like a baguette . Way too thick . That's all you can taste . The sauce was like a white Cesar sauce instead of the regular oil . Would not recommend , also very overpriced
