pire service que j'ai jamais eu de ma vie. j'ai commandé pour emporté & j'ai attendu plus de 1h pour une pizza & une poutine. le gérant qui doit être aussi le propriétaire courait comme une poule pas tête perfectionniste sur la disposition des tables que d'offrir du service. 8 employés aucune préoccupation sur des clients debout plus de 30 minutes. le gamin a la caisse avait l'air d'avoir eu une promotion sans savoir comment prendre une commande & comment faire payé avec l'appareil électronique... ont était juste un mercredi après midi tout se qui a de plus calme, mais le proprio avait l'air de pensé qu'il allait remplir en soirée, comme au le lovers de brossard... la pizza décevant, mal cuite. Pour la poutine, je vous évite les détails du résultat dans l'heure qui a suivi. j'inviterai probablement le MAPAQ a venir dîner la bas.

Amaizing Subs & sandwiches! The Panini with cold cuts (not on menu by the way) was amazing & huge, the photo is of only half of the sandwich. Service was fast & excellent. Highly recommend!!

We just wanted to thank you for such a wonderful evening. The food was absolutely excellent-generous portions - everything was delicious - & the live entertainment made it even more special.
Sub price on website say $22.95, but really is $28.95 not cool. You should honor it if it's posted. Talking robot machine is annoying, doesn't understand simple questions. Food is still really good & tasty.

What a great discovery! Went last night & will definitely return. We shared a sub, fries & a family size pizza & everything was delicious. Service was great & the owner goes above & beyond, he sat with us for a bit & even offered us a drink which is something most places do not do, customer service by far is the best I've had in a very long time. Only downside is the music tends to get a little too loud at times so when you're seated next to the dj it's hard to have a conversation. I'm already planning my next visit here & highly recommend it, you won't be disappointed!
Le nouveau système de commande téléphonique est incroyablement insupportable. Une intelligence artificiel qui comprend pas la moitier de ce qu'on dit. J'ai abandonné. Parler avec un robot c'est pas ce que je cherche pour un service a la clientèle pour des humains. Je dois alors trouver un nouveau restaurant moi qui avait l'habitude de commander là.
Vous devez essayer ce resto italien. Le proprio est courtois & la nourriture est typiquement italienne & très très bonne. Super sandwich bien garnis, sous marins vraiment bon, sauce italienne, pizza très bonne. Bravo surtout ne vous americanisée pas restez authentique. Ciao belle!!!
J'ai attendu 20 minutes pour être servi pour emporter (il y avait 2 personnes devant moi), le petit gars à la caisse avait de la misère à trouver le bouton pour allumer l'appareil de paiement. Le gérant qui doit être le propriétaire se balade partout comme une poule pas de tête & fait de la micro gestion de son staff devant tout le monde. Aucun service au final, j'ai attendu 45 minutes en plus des 20 minutes d'attente & le 10 minutes avec le petit gars à la caisse. Pour 1h15 pour une pizza pour emporter avec une poutine. Entre pizza pizza & se resto, j'irai au pizza pizza au lieu de perdre mon temps la bas.
Qu'elle belle découverte! La nourriture était simplement dé-li-cieu-se! Les portions généreuses, les ingrédients de qualités. Nous avons prit plusieurs plats a partager & tout était bon. Les employés sont efficaces, sympathiques & le propriétaire conviviale. L'ambiance était également agréable. Bref, un coup de coeur & nous y retournerons!
