Normally I come here often to pick up lunch, & usually enjoy the food & service. However, this time the falafel was so incredibly dry & hard. It seemed like it was frozen & not really cooked/reheated well? Thanks.

Everything was amazing, I was surprised of how energetic the staff was even late in the evening. They were very friendly with us & their kind service made me feel so much better ater the long day of work, honestly that literally made my day. Definitely recommend coming here!

J'ai adoré ce Amir La nourriture était extraordinairement bonne & le baklava était excellent. Le personnel est professionnel & très aimable. L'endroit était propre. Le client devant moi avait des intolérences alimentaire & le cuisinier la rassuré en lui disant que s'est normal pour lui de prendre soin de ses clients & que sa lui a fait plaisir de porter attention à son plat. Je vais toujours retourner à ce Amir dans le futur. J'ai eu une expérience qui dépassais mes attentes. Un gros merci. 😀

The staff was not organized 6.0 for the food. The person was new serving food i could tell, but the other two did not even ask me what i want to order. Talking with clients like they are annoyed & just rude. Never going back there again. I would give 0 for customer service. The food isn't that fresh, ordered mix plate & it was small pieces of meat. Food is not worth paying for & service even worse!

Update: I ate part of the wrap & a few potatoes. Nearly all went in the garbage. Second, teach them to wash their hands before making a customers order, it's not hard & even common sense. Check the camera, you'll see no hand washing. How do I know what he was touching before? Hand washing is a must to avoid cross contamination. Also look at those potatoes, hardly appetizing. & what kind of email is that?

Came in to order a shish toauk wrap trio. Employee comes from nowhere to make my wrap without washing his hands. While choosing my veggies for the wrap, the lettuce appeared very pale, not looking too fresh. I receive my trio & sit down to eat. Potatoes are extremely dark & don't look appetizing. I take a few bites, tastes too salty, I didn't like them. Throw in the garbage most of them.
Employees should wash their hands everytime they touch a customers food. It's not the first Amir I encountered that. With my experience, it's happened at every visit nomatter which Amir I ate at.
