Review Summary

Reviews for Amir present a mixed perspective, with many patrons praising the freshness and taste of staples like the chicken shawarma, falafel, and garlic sauce. While some visitors appreciate the quick, friendly, and reliable service, others report inconsistent experiences ranging from poor staff behavior and neglected facility maintenance to concerns regarding declining food quality and smaller portion sizes. Despite the convenience of the drive-through and the high regard held by long-time customers who remember a more consistent experience, recent feedback suggests a divide between those enjoying a great meal and those feeling disappointed by changes in standards.

I ordered the shish taouk pita plate 2 times, & got hot peppers, turnips, & tomatoes when I specifically said NO to all of them. Do not order from this Amir through Uber, they do not listen.

I ordered a chicken pita but the staff assumed & made it all-dressed (I don't eat tomatoes). It was pretty cold inside & food was ok.

Stopped on a Sunday evening. It was pretty dead. The flavour was lacking, it was so disappointing. Put too much garlic on the plate so the whole thing was smothered in it. Not enough pita given either. If someone orders 3 plates, at least give them a pack of pita instead of one each.
