They underserve!

The menu says the falafel bowl comes with 6 falafels, but they only give me 5 every time. Once I went & I even clarified in advance I want 6 as the menu says, but they started fighting me about how they never do what the menu says, etc. After finally getting them to concede to give me 6 falafels on the basis of false advertising, they AGAIN only gave me 5.

Les ingrédients sont surchargés en gras & huile, les plats sont à peine comestibles, & ces repas sont dans les 20$. Évid. on peut se procurer des repas *santé* pour bien moins cher. Les employés, eux, semblent sympa.

Very disappointing experience. The cashier was rude… & used disrespectful language, which was completely unacceptable. The food was overly salty & didn't taste good at all. On top of that, there was a very unpleasant smell throughout the restaurant. I would not recommend this place.

There was one other customer, employee was less than pleasant, not thrilled to be serving us, took a secondary customer after us but gave them priority in making their food before finishing making our shawarma, & even took payment from them before finishing our order. It was quiet in the location & no excuse for terrible service.

We used to live nearby & order regularly from here because the food quality, quantity & hospitality are all top-notch. Special mention to Rama & her husband who make this place feel more welcoming & warm! Now we don't live nearby but visit this place everytime we are in the area.
