We had a truly wonderful evening at Amalia. From start to finish, the experience was warm, festive, & delicious. We were in great company with Desmond & Théo, who helped make the evening even more special.
The food was outstanding. The Piri Piri chicken was tender, flavorful, & cooked to perfection. I highly recommend starting with the fried gnocchi - absolutely addictive - & the octopus salad, which was fresh & beautifully balanced.
The wine pairings were thoughtfully selected & complemented the meal wonderfully. Feeling festive, we also indulged in a few cocktails, all crafted with care & expertise - true to the art of mixology.
Amalia is a fantastic spot in Montreal for anyone looking for excellent food, great drinks, & a welcoming atmosphere. Highly recommended!View more

I had an amazing experience at this restaurant. The food was absolutely delicious with a wide variety of options to choose from. Everything I tried was full of flavour & was beautifully presented. The staff was extremely accommodating regarding food allergies. They were incredibly understanding & quickly found an alternative that worked. Cuisine : La nourriture étais correct , les calamars frits manquaient un peu de saveur, les croquettes de Bacalhau étaient délicieuse. Le steak frites étais correct , cuisson respecté , les frites par contre n'étaient pas trop bonne & un peu trop cuites & beaucoup trop de sel. Le demi poulet étais WOW , très bien assaisonner/piquant & très tendre & juteux j'ai ADORER.
Service : Le service étais IMPECCABLE, absolument rien à dire.
Ambiance : TRÈS beau comme restaurant & ambiance très chaleureux & discret à la fois , endroit idéale pour un petit rendez-vous avec votre moitié.

Ma cousine & moi sommes allées souper chez Amalia, & que dire… wow! La nourriture était tout simplement succulente. J'ai opté pour les calmars & les aubergines grillées - un vrai délice du début à la fin.
L'ambiance? Super cozy, parfaite pour une soirée entre filles.
Un immense merci à notre serveuse Karine, notre'new bestie', pour son service exemplaire & son beau sourire.
