It’s always fresh, but never frozen. In addition, all our burgers are served with a choice of tasty salad cabbage or potato salad.

Three years ago, when you guys opened, it was the best place by far!
Since you changed everything, the service speed has become very bad & slow. This Saturday, March 21, 2026, I waited 1 hour & 15 minutes for 3 burgers. This is not acceptable. The guy told me to wait 15 minutes twice to make sure I stayed! When you guys opened four years ago, everything was perfect. The fries were the best of all! Burgers were made with intention & details, even putting your logo on top of the burger in a nice box.
Before it was 15/10...now 6/10 depending on who serves me.
Bons burgers. Lui au truffle bon. Cependant, attente de plus de 40 minutes pour recevoir le plat pendant que le local n'était pas remplit à son maximum. Seulement 2 employés sur le plancher un samedi. Demande une boîte pour emporter l'employé mentionne que c'est payant ..

service hyper lent,'fast food' vous attendriez plus longtemps qu'au restaurant. Tout cela malgré le fait qu'il y a bien assez d'employés dans la cuisine pour fournir à la demande.

Ordered food via Skip. Lettuce in my burger was a very thin, rotten blackened, half slice of romaine lettuce. The bun was absolutely soaked in oil so you couldn't even use your hands to eat the burger. Poutine was mediocre.'milkshake' is NOT real ingredients. It tastes like milk with artificial sweetener & vanilla. Clearly made with powder & milk & whipped.
Honestly not worth the price.

Les serveurs sont très sympas & accueillants, le burger très bon mais petit problème j'avais prit un cheddar mais le bacon n'était pas cuit malheureusement, il faisait aussi très froid à l'intérieur…

Découvert en compagnie de mon ami Ali de Laval. La salle à manger est spacieuse avec un beau décor & les lieux sont propres. Bertin, le garçon de service, nous a accueilli avec un beau sourire à la table #15. Il a été aimable, attentif & efficace. La nourriture généreuse & délicieuse.
Merci pour le thé & la bonne soirée. Sûr qu'on va y retourner. Bravo !
Pire service au monde. 40 minutes d'attente alors qu'il n'y avait que deux personnes devant nous, & au final les sandwichs sont arrivés complètement froids. Inacceptable.
the staff is friendly, the place is very clean, the food is very tasty, i enjoyed the Cheddar menu so much.
the manager was respectful & friendly, the drawings on the wall are cool, everything was 10 out of 10, i visited it twice & i will def' go again!
Food's great & the burgers are filling. You won't be hungry after, unlike a lot of fast-food spots. Shoutout to Hossein the owner, he's super friendly & welcoming!
