OUR HISTORY Allon Burger, it’s the realization of the dream of two partners who love life, good food and who like to share it. That’s why we cook for you what we do best: burgers that are out of the ordinary. IN OUR KITCHEN Our 100% AA Canadian beef is chopped every day, especially for you. It’s always fresh, but never frozen. In addition, all our burgers are served with a choice of tasty salad cabbage or potato salad.
Allons Burger is described as offering flavorful, generous burgers with a variety of options like mac and cheese and poutines, generally praised for quality ingredients, solid portions, and fair prices, plus friendly staff and a clean, nicely decorated space. Some reviews note longer wait times and occasional service hiccups, and a few changes to the menu or recipes that left diners feeling the burgers are smaller or less flavorful than before. Standout items such as the nostalgia burger and the truffle burger, halal options, and crispy fries come up frequently, while a few diners mention saltier flavors or an undercooked bacon incident. Renovations improved the atmosphere, and overall the place is viewed as a popular, reliable burger spot with repeat visits and a good vibe, though consistency and value are cited by some as caveats.
Ordered food via Skip. Lettuce in my burger was a very thin, rotten blackened, half slice of romaine lettuce. The bun was absolutely soaked in oil so you couldn't even use your hands to eat the burger. Poutine was mediocre.'milkshake' is NOT real ingredients. It tastes like milk with artificial sweetener & vanilla. Clearly made with powder & milk & whipped.
Honestly not worth the price.
Very very disappointed
We used to order from allons burger all the time it use to be worth the price for the burger they use to be big burgers with quality ingredients in it & now they completely downgraded it doesn't taste the same & they are now smaller burgers not worth the price they once were
You can get really unique & big burgers here. The portions definitely live up to the price. These are more highend-esque burgers & you get a HUGE serving for what you pay.
The parking lot is a bit tight but its a great place to treat yourself once in awhile.
Visited 4- 5 times before I wrote my review. 1- friendly staff 2- clean 3- prices are reasonable 4- very yummy (tried 4 different type of burgers. My best is the Goat burger)
I'm giving it a 4 overall because the staff are amazing. The meat hasn't been fresh. It's precooked & they just heat it up on the grill. For the price we're paying, the meat should be fresh. That's just my opinion
Foods is ok, not worthy of the 16 dollar price tag on the Allons burger. The bread is good. It held up until the last bit, even with a juicy burger. It is a very cool touch to have the name seared on top of the bun. The second burger had a ridiculous amount of mayo. The fries are seasoned but are frozen fries type which I hate. A good or great burger place has deli style fires.
It's okay not that waw. It used to be better as far as i can remember. A bit pricey as well but it's an okay bite if you got no other options to go to.
The food was pretty good, the prices are reasonable & the service is fantastic. They also had a nice little retro atmosphere, like they had a picture of John Travolta in Grease on the men's room door & a Marilyn Monroe on the women's room (I particularly liked this detail...). I highly recommend this place.
