We walked in on a very busy Saturday for a rental & had a great experience. The entire team was friendly, but Justin may have been one of the friendliest people I've ever met. He made sure to check in with us while waiting & then made sure we had everything we needed for a successful bike ride. Bikes were in good shape as well & included a helmet & lock. Thanks for a great day on 2 wheels Allo Vèlo Team!

The shop was busy when I came in toward the end of the day to rent a bike. I had three different employees help me get sorted out & each one of them was friendly, knowledgable, & helpful. From pointing me in the direction of a nice trail to ride to recommending an ice cream shop with Guinness flavored ice cream, I left feeling confident & well cared for! If you are in need of a bike to explore Montreal, this is the place to go!

The male bike repair tech was so kind & helpful on Friday Oct 20, he was able to re-fasten the screw & locate a washer for the bottom of my shoe clip - free of charge. Really appreciate the fantastic customer service & will be back soon!

Had a great experience! We rented a cargo bike for the day & cycled the city super conveniently with two kids.
