"Excellent customer service, kind and caring staff. My family and I rented bikes from Allo Vélo on the 30th. We rented a mix of regular bikes, e-bikes and a cargo e-bike for my dad who has Parkinson's and struggles with his balance. Only 20 minutes into our ride an unknown cyclist was going way too fast under an overpass, lost control and crashed..."
