Ce matin mes oeufs bénédictine avocat extra bacon étaient tout simplement PARFAIT ! Merci à notre serveuse Sarah-Maude pour son sourire & sa bonne humeur 😁 nous avons passé un très bon moment !

Service trop lent
Je pense que le taux de productivité des employés est proche de 10%
7 min pour ramasser une table
15 min à attendre alors qu'il y a des places vides
10 minutes & deux relances pour commander
Il faudrait revoir la réactivité des serveurs en plus de leur apprendre à sourire

Je suis encore choquée du merveilleux service que j'ai reçu d'une serveuse, son nom débute avec un CO si je ne me trompe pas & elle a de longs cheveux bruns. Je ne me rappelle plus de son nom complet, mais elle a des yeux pétillants & un sourire chaleureux. C'était samedi dernier vers 11h Am. Souriante, dynamique, aidante, attentive, respectueuse & responsable. Une vraie perle. Merci pour ce bon service. J'espère que le message se rendera à cette jeune femme. Le meilleure pour elle!

La qualité a considérablement chuté & les portions ont également diminué. Ls serveuse affichait des sourires peu sincères. Auparavant, le café était servi en même temps que le plat, mais cette fois-ci, la serveuse était un peu froide & n'a même pas proposé le café inclus dans notre commande, préférant nous inciter à commander des extras. J'ai dû demander le café après un long moment, & elle semblait agacée. Finalement, elle l'a apporté. Il est clair que d'autres établissements de brunch offrent une bien meilleure expérience avec un service client irréprochable, contrairement à celui-ci, qui semble davantage préoccupé par l'ajout d'options supplémentaires au détriment du rapport qualité-prix.
