Excellent rapport qualité prix & menu varié. Une note exceptionnelle pour le service offert par Shanel. Elle est très attentive à ses tables (clients) très avenante dans son service - définitivement notre tasse de café n'a jamais été vide. Elle est une digne représentante de ce que doit être un service exemplaire client.

Service lent , planifier au moins 20 min minimum d'attente avant même de rentrer dans la fils d'attente & ce même si plusieurs tables semble disponible.

Ça donne l'impression qu'ils manquent d'employés vis à vis la charge de travail imposé.

Cependant, malgré qu'ils n'était peu présente ( les serveuses ).
Le service était excellent, professionnels & courtois.

Nourriture très moyenne, vraiment rien d'exceptionnel, même un peu froid à l'arrivée comme si l'assiette avait attendus longtemps sur le comptoir.

Bref, la qualité de la nourriture & l'attente ne vaut pas nécessairement le prix.

Il y a de bien meilleures restaurant déjeuner de quartier.

La qualité a considérablement chuté & les portions ont également diminué. Ls serveuse affichait des sourires peu sincères. Auparavant, le café était servi en même temps que le plat, mais cette fois-ci, la serveuse était un peu froide & n'a même pas proposé le café inclus dans notre commande, préférant nous inciter à commander des extras. J'ai dû demander le café après un long moment, & elle semblait agacée. Finalement, elle l'a apporté. Il est clair que d'autres établissements de brunch offrent une bien meilleure expérience avec un service client irréprochable, contrairement à celui-ci, qui semble davantage préoccupé par l'ajout d'options supplémentaires au détriment du rapport qualité-prix.

Variété, savoureux. De façon générale, très bon services. (a quelque exceptions près) Les prix, c'est comme partout ailleurs.... Ça commence à faire cher pour mangé des oeufs.... Mais c'est notre choix de se payer se luxe... Ou pas...
