Chris was an awesome server. He's on point & fast. Great job, Chris. Food is good as always, which is nice when you can go from different locations & the quality is there. Very big space with lots of light.
Considering my day did not start out well at all, I decided to come to this Alo mon Coco location (instead of the Decarie, garbage service over there). Excellent choice & the service from Mathew was friendly & excellent & the food was equally as good too. Highly recommended & definitely will come back & definitely ask for Mathew. Cheers & thanks for a better start to my day! Great surprise 🥳
Matthew the manager was absolutely excellent. He was very helpful, had amazing energy & was super funny. Best customer service I have had here. Amazing!!!!
The seats & table were very sticky. I got the salmon Benedict which was bland & they cut the portion of their potatoes by a third. The coffee tasted like water. Their quality definitely went downhill. & their prices are very high for such a low quality place.
The website lists this location as having outdoor seating, but the seating area is closed & the hostess told me they no longer offer it. I had chosen this location specifically to sit outside as we are in a covid surge, so I was disappointed to have been misinformed. I hope the information will be updated. ETA: the reply bot seems to think this is a positive review so I guess nobody is really looking at these. Go elsewhere for outdoor seating, the end.
Good breakfasts, lots of options for everyone, excellent customer service! (We were a group of 21 that included many wheelchair users & things went perfectly well & smoothly 👌🏽 quick service, well organized, professional, respectful waitress, thank you!) Entrance at level of crosswalk with smooth 1" step easy to pass for manual & power wheelchairs. Double door, only exterior door has a push button but host staff quick to help. Bathroom accessible (I used in the past but not today). Space between tables relatively easy to navigate, section with movable tables easy to adapt.
Excellent service de la part de notre serveur. J'étais avec une amie & nous n'étions pas pressées; jamais nous n'avons senti de pression ou désintérêt de la part du serveur. Au contraire, il était très compréhensif, cordial & nous a servi du café à maintes reprises. La nourriture était bonne. Simplement un peu bruyant (comme la majorité des restaurants à déjeuner).
We came to this resto for the 1st time, considering my friend who told me many times the Alo mon Coco is very good. Unfortunately, the way is inside was not liked at all, need redesigned, looks like a very cheap casse-croute, service not very good, i needed to go to the kitchen to ask again for napkins. The noise was more that we could handle, even we know this is not controlable by the resto. Wanted to compare with the other two restos where we go to eat breakfast, & this for sure will not be added to the list. The food was not the best, normal, but i cannot say that we were disappointed, i did not like the potatoes mon coco, i did not know theere are smached potatoes. The smoothies were good, even i think they add sirop, end is not normal, if you like something natural. Overall 3 stars for food, the rest was disappointment.
