Allô mon Coco ressort comme un endroit vraiment sympa pour le petit déjeuner et le brunch, avec une ambiance chaleureuse, une décoration rétro et un accueil convivial. Le choix est vaste et les portions généreuses offrent un bon rapport qualité-prix, les plats allant des omelettes et crêpes aux gaufres et aux plats de style diner, satisfaisant les envies de chacun. Le service est généralement rapide et attentif, le personnel sympathique et professionnel même en période de forte affluence. La nourriture est souvent fraîche, savoureuse et bien présentée, et l'expérience convient aussi bien aux familles qu'aux groupes d'amis grâce à une atmosphère accueillante et à des options variées pour tous les goûts. L'ambiance lumineuse et conviviale peut être un peu bruyante par moments, mais cela n'enlève rien à une expérience globale très positive et à l'envie de revenir.
Client régulier, j'ai vu la quantité & la qualité des plats baisser & les prix augmenter. Désolé pour les employés qui sont sympathiques mais cette succursale c'est fini pour moi. Au patron, ressaisissez vous sinon vous allez fermer.
Overall a pretty mediocre but decent breakfast spot. The portions were generous which was nice. However they tried to charge us an extra fee because we ordered fewer dishes than the number of people in our group, which felt a bit unreasonable:(
Restaurant looked good. Food was ok. My eggs were cold. No syrup for my pancake. We got our stuff & that's it, no more service. Asked for more water & coffee refills when food was delivered to our table. Never saw our waitress again. Waited 20mins after eating for the bill, ended up standing near the counter where you are waiting to be seated. Blonde waitress asked if everything was ok. She apologized repeatedly, wish she was our waitress but she wasn't. After another 5mins our waitress finally gave us the bill. Not impressed, won't be back
I went yesterday in that location, & unfortunately, the waitress who served me was extremely rude. When she first brought me water, she almost threw the glass in front of me. I was surprised & initially thought she might just be in a rush. However, I observed her interactions with other customers, & she did not behave that way with them.
Later, when she brought my food, she did the same thing. She almost throw the plates on the table. It wad so obvious that even the people sitting across from me looked shocked & shook their heads.
I felt compelled to speak to a man I believe was the manager. He told me it was her first day. I don't believe that excuses such behavior tho. Please make sure that your staff are trained not only in service but also in basic courtesy & respect toward customers.

Had a wonderful breakfast again at this spot. The staff was quick & friendly, & the food was just as tasty as before. We were a bit let down by the French toast because the bread was too soft, but other than that, everything was really good.
It's changed a lot since the pandemic! Quality wise & service! It took forever last time to get coffee & water & the bill... Also no more free filtered coffee included when it literally costs pennies to make...
This restaurant is located on an interesting stretch of Rue St Catherine but don't be dissuaded by the street people that seem to congregate in the area. My main complaint with the food was the inclusion of thick cream on the waffles & pancakes. It's too rich, too sweet for my liking. Also I wasn't a fan of the'mashed potatoes'. Wasted most of the potatoes. If I were to return I'd say exclude the thick cream & order the'normal' home fries. Wait staff was excellent. The condition of the restaurant raises a few questions, though.
Frühstück war ok. Portionen jedenfalls groß. Leider ist das Obst schon länger gelegen und daher eigentlich nicht mehr zum Essen geeignet. Service war top. Gegend war nicht gut, da etliche Obdachlose in den Straßen rundherum unterwegs waren und teilweise beim Essen zugeschaut haben…
Rania ma servie avec un superbe sourire. Elle était à l'écoute, disponible & serviable. J'ajoute que le lieu est propre & calme. Très vrai bonne expérience.
Visiting from the UK & absolutely LOVE this location! The service was beyond exceptional Tuesday with Alex(andre) greating us with the biggest smile & Peter the manager visiting our table to check in on us, the quality of the food & to reminisce about music (went to Simple Minds that night!)The food was delicious, quick to the table & with SUCH great service! We had such a great experience we came back the next day & brought 12 of us from my family & my partners family! Again the greeting was so welcoming & service exceptional from the lovely Elodie (hope I spelled it right!), the wide variety that the lot of us ate was really enjoyed by all, prepared exactly as we'd asked, Peter popped by to see how our concert went & check that we had everything we needed again! Such a special get together with excellent food, exceptional service & it's fast, really clean & welcoming! Thanks guys! We'll definately be back when we visit again & are telling everyone we know to check out the best quality, decently priced & incredibly welcoming breakfast spot in town! Cheers, Rich & Jo!
