Well I was seated within 5 minutes, & service started promptly right after.

I was served hot coffee & then told that when my waitress returned, she would take my order.

She promptly returned & took my order by noting it down.

Eggs served buttery, bacon crispy & potato's delicious & well seasoned. French toast sweet & soft with fruits being fresh.

Coffee refills were made throughout my service.

Not much to complain about here.

I've heard that there's a tipping issue happening here, but when in Rome, you must live like the Roman's. Drink their wine & water. Follow the rules.

I promptly tipped 20% & paid my bill when I was about to leave as this was beyond exceptional service & food for a breakfast chain.

Side note: bathrooms are clean & fresh

I got a take out for the first time at this location & it was the last. The food had no taste compared to other locations, no fruits or tomatoes on the side, no care for serving food! Also, the server tried to charge me 2.95$ for a black coffee to go with my order + smoothie.

« Des oeufs en or pis du bonheur dans l'assiette! »

Si t'as jamais mis les pieds chez Allo Mon Coco LaSalle, ben là, t'as manqué une expérience déjeuner qui frôle l'illégalité… mais heureusement, c'est encore permis! Dès que tu rentres, l'odeur du café frais pis du bacon qui crépite vient t'enlacer comme un gros câlin du matin.

Le staff? Plus chaleureux qu'une matante de Montréal qui t'offre une autre assiette même si t'es déjà plein.

Les oeufs? Plus moelleux qu'un nuage qui vient juste de sortir du spa. Les patates? Croquantes dehors, tendres dedans… comme le personnage principal d'une bonne comédie romantique. Pis les portions? Oublie ça, j'ai roulé dehors comme un petit beigne heureux.

Pis en plus, y'ont pas jugé quand j'ai commandé pour « trois personnes » pis que j'ai tout mangé tout seul… Hypothétiquement. (Non, je l'ai vraiment fait.)

Verdict : Si le bonheur se servait dans une assiette, ça ressemblerait pas mal à un déjeuner chez Allo Mon Coco. 🥞🍳☕

'Eggs-cellent & Coco-nuts in the Best Way Possible!'

If you haven't been to Allo Mon Coco LaSalle, you are missing out on a breakfast experience so good it should be illegal… but luckily, it's not (yet). The moment I walked in, the smell of fresh coffee & sizzling bacon gave me a warm hug. The staff? Friendlier than a Montréal grandma offering you another plate even though you're already full.

The eggs? Fluffier than a cloud that just went to the spa. The potatoes? Crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, like the perfect rom-com character. & the portions? Let's just say I had to roll myself out the door like a happy cinnamon bun.

They also don't judge you if you order enough food for'three people' but eat it all yourself. Hypothetically. Not that I did that. (I did.)

Verdict: If happiness could be served on a plate, it would look suspiciously like an Allo Mon Coco breakfast. 🥞🍳☕

This was definitely the last time I'm going to this restaurant. The very basic expectation when dining with family is to have our food served together, but apparently, they don't care. They brought my food, & only after we reminded them 10-15 minutes later, they bring my husband's. By then, my food was cold. His drink was also forgotten. They only asked about coffee refills but never actually refilled it until I was finishing my meal. However, they were pretty quick to bring the bill. Extremely disappointing. The food wasn't any better-too salty for me. The mashed potatoes, while not the worst I've had, were still far from good.

It was 12:00pm. When we first get there, the host told us he will give us the booth but there's a reservation at 1:00pm so we gotta hurry to eat. When we got to the table, & the waitress came to ask for our drinks, my friend asked what's her recommendation for smoothies, she completely ignored him & went speeding the other way. My friend didn't even got the time to say we wanted orange juice. She then came back to take our order 15 min later. I got my coffee. I asked for more & cream, I only got them 10 min later with the meal. I spilled my coffee & the bussboy cleaned them with paper towels. When we got our food, there was a lot of flies surrounding us & bothering us the entire meal. That's when I noticed that the booth had a lot of weird stains on them. & kinda old & cracked. I wanted to ask for ketchup but the waitress never came back, until we're almost done with our meal. I got the Coco Waffle Wild Berry. The English cream was really good. It was really good! So the stars are mostly for the chef. We didn't have a good time at all eating there. & we're not going to come back I think.

Food is good, but smaller portions than they use to have. I don't find the service particularly great as I had only 1 cup of coffee & was never asked if i wanted a refill.

The waitress was great, the busboy was rude showing us to our seats. When putting down our menus he stepped to the side then turned & said " never stand behind" when I went to sit down & he was blocking my seat. No smiles or anything & walked away. Then the fruit cup ( see photo) watermelon was cut so long ago the skin was dried out & folded over. One piece of melon tasted so bad with mold that it left a bitter taste that took several sips of coffee to subside. They also served my partners meal & then we had to wait 5-10 minutes before they brought mine. For 2 diners, basic knowledge that you serve together. Really disappointed, won't be back.

Waitress by the name of Salma came to see us 30 minutes after we sat down at our booth, there was eggshell in my friend's eggs Benedict (she demanded a refund because apetite was gone & was denied this) & the waitress took over 10 minutes to bring coffee to the table & began giving attitude towards the end of our stay when some of my group decided not to tip for obvious reasons....Will be choosing another brunch location

Bad service, the man who directs us to the table. It had a bad smell of perspiration. Like he didn't bathe. & the one who attended to us. I forgot everything. He brought us cups of coffee, with lipstick. & he didn't remember that he had to put cutlery. & they didn't give us the table we requested

It was a great breakfast & our waitress was good. Suggestion would be to always bring milk to the table when coffee is ordered or at least ask if it's needed. The person I requested it from was not happy as she roughly gave us the bowl without a word.
It was busy & I'm a super patient person but don't be rude just because you are busy.
Other than that everything was good.

The food was good & came fast, the service was good as well, our coffee mugs were always full & the waiter came many times to ask if everything was ok.
Professional team.
Just give extra attention to toilet cleanliness.
