I came alone to this place unexpectedly just to have some breakfast & a drink, & I honestly didn't expect to have such an amazing experience.
When they found out it was my birthday, the staff went above & beyond. They brought me a cake, took care of me, & made me feel truly special. But I especially want to recognize (Annie). She was incredibly sweet, genuine, & caring. Her beautiful smile & the way she treated me made such a difference.
I've experienced customer service in many places, but this was honestly one of the best experiences I've ever had. Annie truly deserves to be recognized & to be in one of the best positions in this place. She is a wonderful example of what great customer service should look like.
Thank you, Annie, & thank you to the whole team for making my birthday so memorable! ❤?

Annie . Nous sommes allés au Allô mon Coco le 22 août vers midi & nous avons eu un service exceptionnel avec Annie ! Elle nous a accueillis avec le sourire & a vraiment rendu notre expérience agréable du début à la fin. Toujours à l'affût de ses clients, attentionnée, chaleureuse & efficace, elle s'assurait constamment que nous ne manquions de rien. De nos jours, c'est plutôt rare de recevoir un service aussi impeccable & personnalisé .Annie prend vraiment le temps de rendre l'expérience unique & de faire sentir ses clients importants. Ce sont ces petites attentions qui font toute la différence & qui donnent envie de revenir!

Un énorme merci à Annie pour son énergie, son sourire & son excellent service! 😊 Nous avons passé un super beau moment & nous reviendrons avec plaisir!

La serveuse a réussi à accommoder ma demande de combiner les oeufs bénédictines avec les légumes grillés qui étaient offert avec l'omelette. Les patates un peu trop gras.
Le service en général était bon. Le resto un peu vieillot & ma tasse était sale. C'était une expérience correct mais sans plus.

Wanted to do brunch with my brother & tried this restaurant. Nice set up, staff was welcoming & friendly. Only thing, I told the server I didn't eat pork & she still managed to bring this mystery meat on my plate (which was pork) smh 🤦🏽?♀?. Matcha was a bit bland for me.,But other than that everything else was ok.
