My recent experience was definitely a positive one. The overall cleanliness was immediately noticeable & appreciated. It's always reassuring to walk into a well-maintained environment, & this place certainly delivered.
Beyond the clean surroundings, the customer support I received was excellent. The staff were helpful, attentive, & genuinely seemed to care about ensuring I had a good experience. They were prompt in addressing any questions I had & went above & beyond to make me feel welcome.
& finally, the food was a highlight! It was well-prepared, flavorful, & clearly made with quality ingredients. It's always a bonus when a place can deliver on all fronts - environment, service, & taste.
Overall, I would highly recommend this place. The combination of a clean environment, excellent customer support, & delicious food makes for a truly enjoyable experience. You're likely to have a positive visit & leave feeling satisfied.View more

The interior of Allo Mon Coco is spacious, comfortable, & nicely designed, creating a pleasant ambiance. Its location on Saint Laurent Street is excellent, adding to its appeal. However, our dining experience was disappointing. The food took an entire hour to arrive, & the taste was mediocre at best. Additionally, the staff seemed overwhelmed & understaffed, which affected the overall service. Unfortunately, I don't think I'll be returning to this branch.View more

Food was truly amazing, place is spotless, very clean & I love the restaurant as a whole. Great ambiance as usual. We come here often with family but today was really special, the waitress Catalina was really special with us, full of energy, big smile every time she came close to our table & very fast service. The food was good but the drinks were not impressive. Our waitress was nice. However, I was charged me $7 extra for switching my choice of meet to smoked salmon. But when I did that at another branch, the difference in price was not as much.View more

J'ai commandé le Benedictine avec croquettes de crabe. La croquette était noir, extrêmement cuite & dure. J'ai mangé la première mais j'ai laissé la deuxième sur l'assiette. Lorsque j'ai fait part à la serveuse, elle a dit qu'elle allait aviser son manager. Elle est revenue avec la facture sans plus. J'ai indiqué mon mécontentement & finalement est revenue avec un rabais de 15%. Clairement leur huile devait être changée ou bien la croquette a été surcuite pour masquer un manque de fraîcheur. Très déçu
