J'habite à environ 10-15 minutes à pied du restaurant. Depuis que le restaurant à changé de propriétaire, & que la plupart du personnel a été changé, la même commande qui prenait 15 minutes à être chez moi prend maintenant plus d'une heure. J'ai commandé à 2:34pm, il est 3:41pm, la commande est toujours pas arrivée. Ceci est arrivé très souvent dans les derniers mois. Le pire, selon moi, est quand une de mes commandes avait pris plus de 1h30 à arriver, & la personne qui fesait la livraison, au lieu de venir d'elle-même, a décidé d'envoyé son ENFANT SEULE pour apportez la livraison pendant qu'elle restait dans son auto! Je ne vois aucune façon que c'est acceptable.

Mise à jour: La pizza est arrivé après 1h15. Très chaud au moins, mais le gout... J'aimerais dire que j'exagère. J'aimerais dire que je fais de l'hyperbole avec ça mais... La boite de carton de la pizza donnait plus de gout à la pizza que tout le reste des ingrédients. Au gout, c'était comme manger une boite de carton qui a le fromage le plus cheap à l'épicerie, du pépéroni juste pour dire que y'en a, & une sauce tellement chaude qu'on arrive pas à la gouter. En plus, la machine Interac du livreur marchait pas, donc il a dit qu'il va devoir revenir... À UN MOMENT DONNÉ D'ICI LA FIN DE LA JOURNÉE! Ça fait une heure de ça, il est toujours pas revenu pour que je paie.
