The food was tasty but the portions of the appetizers were ridiculously small! I haven't been to a Middle Eastern restaurant serving small portions like this! What happened to middle eastern hospitality? I don't mind paying more for a more welcoming meal. The portions of the main dishes were good but the presentation was too plain!
The ambience is Ok.. no liveliness!! More on the formal side!
I am from the Middle East & I won't go back!!

Nourriture Syrienne, libanaise & turque délicieuse, avec beaucoup de saveurs & d'épices qu'on arrive pas à reproduire aussi bien à la maison. Tout est frais & le service est super amical & attentionné. Ça vaut le coût!

We love discovering new restaurants & new cuisines. Great friends of ours suggested this restaurant Alep & as usual this was spot on. I expected Syrian cuisine yet it is both Syrian & Lebanese with a twist of local. Good selection of Local brewery beers & huge wine list. The food well lots to choose from. We selected a salad & two appetizers Hummus & a Eggplant mashed all three were great. As a group when possible we have a platter so we can all pick from. So we had a chicken & meat platter. Everything was delicious. Definitely a place to go back too. Best part is the price. Really affordable. Quality, selection & quantity all excellent. Service was great no rushing us out, atmosphere was good not over crowded or squeezed in corners etc.
Strongly suggest to try this restaurant Alep .

La cuisine était bonne mais le service laissait à désirer. Nous avons attendu de longues minutes pour être servis. Au total, nous sommes restés 2h & n'avons reçu que nos entrées.

Les photos ne rendent absolument pas justice à la qualité des plats. Nous avons pris le menu dégustation & chaque plat débordait de saveurs. La salade fattouche est excellente, les hummus sont délicieux, le poulet était juteux & l'agneau était savoureux. Au final, on s'en ai sorti avec une facture d'environ 60$ par personne & nous aurions été prêt à payer plus pour ce que nous avions manger. Le rapport qualité est plus qu'exercent. Nous avons quitté ravis.

Nous avons apprécié un bon repas avec ma fille. Nous avons gardé ça simple. Le restaurant a une belle atmosphère & le service était correct. C'était un peu bruyant, mais ils ont une section plus dispendieux qui doit sûrement être plus tranquille.

Enjoyed a good meal with my daughter. We kept it simple. Restaurant has nice atmosphere & service was ok. It was a little loud but they do have a section where it is pricier & thereby quieter I am sure.
