Aldea is one of the really authentic & delicious Portuguese places in Montreal. Had a sardine filet appetizer which was really yummy & a Monkfish rice that was divine. First time here for lunch but it's just as good as dinner here!

Visited Montreal & had booked reservations at other iconic & can't miss restaurants. We very disappointed in our experiences. Instead we just randomly found ALDEA in the Plateau & it had a far superior experience, superior service & outstanding food with huge portions for reasonable pricing. Loved dinner so much we went back for lunch the next day! They were also nice enough to put on a Championship Football match for my husband. Will visit again & strongly recommend above other'iconic' restaurants with big PR machines.
Phenomenal tapas here, escargot, octopus, everything was wonderful not to mention the two gentlemen who served us were super friendly. Beautiful restaurant as well.
Délicieux repas de grillades de fruits de mer ! Tout était très frais & goûteux. Nous avons adoré & avons reçu un excellent service. Excellent rapport qualité-prix !!!

Tout est toujours absolument parfait chez Aldea! La nourriture exquise & les portions généreuses, le service efficace & agréable, l'ambiance qui fait qu'on se sent comme à la maison… si vous n'y êtes jamais allés, c'est assurément une expérience que vous devez vivre :)
Amazing! Vous aimez le poisson? Vous êtes à la bonne place. Une cuisine raffinée & 100% originale Portuguese. Il faut réserver pour ne pas manquer cette expérience. Excellent service.
Très déçu du restaurant! Nos plats ne sont pas arrivés en même temps, j'ai même terminé la mienne avant que mes amis reçoivent la leur. L'entrée de chorizo était à peine tiède. Pain & tranches de citron secs. Vraiment pas le meilleur restaurant portugais en ville. En passant, aucun plat de poulet???
