Went for a special occasion. Even with a full house & no reservation, the owner found room for us at the bar. The bartender & staff were fantastic, ensuring clean cutlery & plates after every serving. The food was excellent, with tender octopus & chorizo. The drinks were delicious & the staff made the night unforgettable. I have been to a number of Portuguese resteraunts & this was by far the best.

Vendredi nous mangions pour la première fois chez ALDEA .
Quelle merveilleuse aventure gastronomique .
Toutes les 3 ,nous avons été émerveillées ……un délice cette pieuvre & que dire de la présentation toute en hauteur des calmars .

10 out of 10!!! The food was absolutely superb, as was the staff. Family-owned business, so that you can feel the pride & love in the food preparation. Mama is the chef, so you know the food will be amazing!!! A must try. We can't wait to come back to Montreal for another visit!!
