I've been to this restaurant over 10 times with my family & it never disappoints. The food is consistently excellent, the atmosphere is warm & inviting & the portions are huge definitely great value for what you get. Absolutely worth trying
Très déçu j'ai payer 85$ pour deux personnes le service très très long & la nourriture pas du tout bonne sa n'a aucun rapport avec la cuisine turc la viande était très dure j'ai pas du tout aimé j'y retourne pas
Very disappointing experience.
I arrived at the restaurant at 5:10 PM & placed my order. After waiting until 6:25 PM, my food was still not ready. Waiting over an hour without any proper explanation or update is completely unacceptable.
I became very frustrated & eventually had to leave without eating my meal.
The service was extremely slow & there was very poor communication from the staff. I hope the management improves their service so other customers do not have the same experience.
